An increasing number of unicorns and high-growth technology companies are actively exploring expansion opportunities in Japan. For this initiative, JAYID supported the Japan visit of founders and C-level executives from leading startups originating in Hong Kong and Silicon Valley.

The delegation included a diverse range of companies, from globally recognized AI leaders already well known in Japan to fast-growing B2B technology companies seeking to establish a stronger presence in the market.

Working alongside one of Japan’s leading venture capital firms, we provided end-to-end communications support, including event planning with media engagement at its core, journalist outreach, on-site media management, and introductions between executives and key members of the press.

As a result, media attendance significantly exceeded initial expectations, creating valuable opportunities for dialogue between global technology leaders and Japan’s business media community, and contributing to a highly successful event.
