As we provide PR services to clients based outside Japan, we may provide personal information to third parties in foreign countries (such as clients located in the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore) to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, in accordance with the APPI, we either obtain the individual's consent or ensure that the recipient has a system in place to continuously take measures equivalent to those required under the APPI.
