We provided support for internal communications at a company involved in education and advancement. Ultimately, we were responsible for the renewal of the internal newsletter, handling everything from the initial concept to planning, interviewing, renovating, and internal penetration as a comprehensive project. With rapid growth and an employee count exceeding 2,000, the company was compelled to ensure the penetration of its vision. With the renewal, we implemented new content and mechanisms to spark discussions and debates within the company. We also revamped the classic content that had been popular since the newsletter's inception. As a result, the opening rate of the internal newsletter, which had previously languished around 15%, surged to nearly 50% post-renewal, marking a significant leap forward.
