We provided public relations support for one of Japan’s largest office service providers as they communicated their leadership succession and generational transition both internally and externally. In a company where the predecessor held significant influence, transitioning leadership from parent to child is not an easy task. Our role was to help communicate the change in leadership as a new era for the company while clearly defining what will change and what will remain consistent under the new management. We also helped convey the new vision of the company and how it will continue to impact society positively. This marked the first step in presenting the company's renewed direction to the public, which we supported through strategic communications.
